At what time can I get my room? Until what time I have to
check-out?
You
can check-in any time, but you can get your room after 2 p.m.
You need to check-out atleast at 10.30 a.m., certainly you are able to
store your luggage also after check-out in our luggageroom.
When you are checking-out pls. bring your bed sheets and key-card back
to the reception.

What's
for breakfast and when?
Breakfast
is served between 7.00 - 10.00 a.m. and it is included in the price.
For breakfast you get tea, coffee, cocoa, milk, orange
juice, cereals, cheese or sausage, jam, butter and
rolls or bread.
3)
Do
I need an IYHF-card (Youth hostel card)? Is there an agelimit?
No!
A youth hostel card is not necessary, but according to the "Viennese
Registration Law", you may have an official ID.
Also, we do not have an age limit.

Is
there a kitchen?
Unfortunately
no. For fire-police reasons cooking is not allowed in the hostel.
6)
Do
you offer lunch or dinner?
Yes!
You may buy a voucher at the reception for lunch or dinner for a
restaurant nearby ("Wiener Wald").
Groups from 9 (nine) persons must reserve in advance.
7)
Do you have a curfew?
There
is no curfew! After checking in, you are able to enter the hostel any
time with your key-card. Also the reception is open 24 hours daily.
8) What about the security in the hostel?
All
rooms, the parking garage and also the main entrance are protected with
an electronic locking system. Therefore no other person can enter the
rooms.
In the rooms you will find a locker (one per guest), which you are able
to close with your own padlock.
Nevertheless, we recommend to deposit your valuables (for free) at the
reception.
The hostel is of course also equipped with an automatic fire alarm
system.
9)
Is
there an internet access?
WiFi
is FREE!
And for
a small fee you are also able to use our 4 internet stations.
10)
Are
pets allowed in the hostel?
Sorry,
but for hygienic reasons pets are not allowed, undependent on size or kind.
