1) Why do you need my credit card no.? Are
you charging to my credit card?
Your
credit card number is needed only as a guarantee (i.e. late
cancelling). We are not charging to your card, before you are arriving.
The amount is to be paid in on arrival.
The other possibibilty would be, to give us a call 1 day before
arriving.
2)
Is the transmission of my data on the internet safe? What else are you
doing with my data?
For
the transmission of your data we use a SSL 3.0 encrypting, but
due the fact, that the page for the data entry of your creditcard
details is nested in a "frameset" and only the embedded form ist
encrypted, you may not see the SSL-icon.
You may verify the encryption by right-clicking the form (choose
"Properties" / "URL") and checking the URL beginning with "https://" (instead of
"http://"), which means the site is a HyperText Transfer Protocol
Secure.
Your
data will not be transmitted to any third party. We need them
exclusively for your booking.
3)
Can
I book a room only for me and my friends?
In
a youth hostel generally only beds are rented, no rooms.
However, if you would like to book e.g. a 4-bedroom only for 3 people
(private), then you must pay of course for 4 beds (and to reserve also
4 beds), otherwise we have to accommodate other person(s) in to your
room.
4)
What
is included in your prices?
Overnight,
(continental) breakfast, bed sheets and all taxes are included in our
prices.
For a small fee you are able to buy also towels, but the availibility
of towels can not be guaranteed.
5)
How
and when I am able to cancel my booking costfree?
Please

for individuals up to 8 persons
or
Cancellation-terms
for groups from 9 (nine) people
6) Is it possible to use your parking garage?
Of
course! But our garage has a limited numbers of places. If there is a
free parking place, for a small fee (per day), you are able to park
there.
However, we can not guarantee or reserve a parking place.
